Use the local event journal and fallback controls while internet service recovers. Avoid uninstalling during a live show.
Useful help without exposing your event
SeenSing diagnostics are local, redacted, and designed to help support identify failures without collecting singer names, song choices, credentials, or room codes.
2. Export diagnostics
In the desktop app, open Settings > Diagnostics & Privacy, refresh the summary, then export the compressed support bundle.
3. Send the bundle
Email the bundle with your SeenSing version, operating system, what you clicked, and when the issue occurred.
Common live-show checks
Guest requests are delayed
- Confirm the event code is open in Events.
- Check the status page for cloud availability.
- Refresh Requests; queued local changes remain journaled.
The projector is not where expected
- Confirm the selected display in Settings.
- Use Open Player before starting playback.
- Press Escape on the projector keyboard to leave fullscreen.
YouTube says unavailable
Some owners disable embedding or change availability after search. Use Open in YouTube; SeenSing does not bypass YouTube playback controls or restrictions.
An update did not complete
Keep the downloaded installer, close SeenSing, and run the signed installer directly. Include the updater log from the diagnostics bundle when contacting support.
